An alternative to team sports and rec centre programs. Teens attend one session per week and plan outdoor activities and events themselves: backcountry camping trips, ski trips, surf trips, kayak and canoe trips, hiking, orienteering, geocaching and fundraising, with life skills woven through: leadership, planning, budgeting, fitness, employment, healthy eating and social responsibility. Youth may also test their leadership skills working with younger children. Trial, part-time, full-time and on-call options are available, and financial assistance is available for this program.

Please note: there is an application process for this program, and most activities carry an additional cost and take place outside meeting times.
